Payments and Refund
After selecting the delicious meals on our user friendly app, you can review your selections in cart generated. Although you can choose your meals for any particular upcoming day, we suggest you to book meals on weekly basis so that you can avail the offers and discounts as per eligibility. After your online payment, your order will be confirmed. Currently ‘Instamojo’ is supporting us as our payment gateway.
Orders once placed can be cancelled only before 6:00 pm or previous day. After 6:00 pm, the orders are placed with our vendors (home makers) who initiate the purchase and necessary preparation for the meals and hence there is no option to cancel any order for next day, after 6:00 pm. For orders duly cancelled before 6:00 pm of previous day, refund will be initiated in maximum 5-7 working days without any charges.
There will be no cancellation or refund for orders not delivered due to delivery constrains beyond the control of Dabba Express, including but not limited to:
- in the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or untraceable
- failure to deliver meals due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Buyer at the time of delivery; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by Buyer at the time of booking the Order. However, in the unlikely event of an item in an Order being unavailable, Dabba Express will contact the Buyer on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the Order and inform Buyer of such unavailability. In such an event Buyer will be entitled to cancel the entire Order and shall be entitled to a refund to an amount upto 100% of the Order value.
In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Dabba Express, Dabba Express shall not collect any penalty from the Buyer and refund the order value completely.
Decision of Dabba Express on refunds shall be final and binding.
