SECTION 5 – LIVE LOCATION TRACKING OF RIDER

1. 1.  Live location of the Rider will be tracked for following purposes.
      a. To enable admin. to monitor and estimate time management by rider
      b. To ensure timely delivery of tiffins to our customers, which is key responsibility of the rider.
      c. To assist rider in case of any unforeseen even.
   2. Rider will be fully made aware that his live location will be tracked when he is using the Dex-Rider app.
   3. The live location will be tracked only when the rider is using the Dex-Rider app.
   4. Live location tracking is an internal requirement for ensuring timely food delivery to our customers. The live tracking data will not be used for marketing purposes or sold to any agency, internal or external.
